No regrets whatsoever investing in this black leather bag. Dual straps make it more versatile for either a tote or cross-body look. Perfect shape. Always get compliments. I used a leather treatment spray (on the advice of Tory Burch Customer Care) to preserve the leather exterior, and have not had the same 'wear-n-tear' problems I had with one of her printed canvas totes I also bought. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANY COLOR!!

this is my 2nd tory burch bag and its just Fantastic!the leather skin is harder than I thought, but it gives the bag a good shape though.

I bought one in blue and it has funky smell, like paint or plastic. I found a scratch on the bag right after I opened the package.The leather is a lot harder than I expected, which I don't like. The zipper is hard. Compare to the Amanda double zip tote I bought, this Robinson Middy Satchel has relatively bad quality and doesn't worth the price. I'm going to return it.

Very happy with this bag. It is exactly as it appears online. Fabulous quality. Not too big and not too small, just perfect. Great for casual smart and also good for dressing up. I got the white, very versatile.

I have this satchel in the color luggage from last season and love it, so I ordered the black. Around the time I ordered the black, I started to notice that the finishing was rubbing off my luggage middy. I love the style and functionality of this bag, but when I inspected the black one, the finishing looked a little cheap for the price. I'm picky about quality and I can't justify keeping something this expensive that I don't love, so I sent it back.

Love this bag. So versatile, and so well made. It looks beautiful on the arm & a great size. Thinking of buying in other colours.

Love the colour and the leather is really soft! The shoe is rather narrow (even for someone with skinny feet like mine) so I recommend sizing up for those with broad feet.

Love!!! my summer walking show. I wear these to and from work and switch to my heels. Great with the skinny jean look. I think I will order them in the all black next.

I love this one. It's comfortable and classic. The only thing is 8 is too big for me, I'll take 7.5 next time.

these are very comfortable and look great with all the studs! i find them more comfortable than the reva flats - those always seem to hurt my heel after a while... i got the tan color and it's very pretty!

the shoes looked liked they were used. the packaging was awful. this is the second tory burch shoe i've bought from shopbop that i've had to return. the other one the heel was ripped off the shoe.

Didn't seem like the same quality I have found from other Tory Burch shoes. I am sad to have to return these!
