Founder Kingsley Gbadegesin was inspired to launch his inclusive, gender-fluid line in an unconventional place: the club. As a result, the label’s first designs—signature K.ngsley tanks, recognizable by their edgy cutouts and cool asymmetrical silhouettes—became a smash hit in nightlife and fashion circles alike. Before setting out on his own, first-generation Nigerian American Gbadegesin built up his industry cred at iconic houses like Versace, Celine & Loewe, and continues to advocate for BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities.
